What is the working principle of biogas boiler?

10 Jun 2022

As an efficient and clean fuel, biogas is attracting more and more attention. As a professional manufacturer of biogas-fired boilers, ZOZEN Boiler has overcome technical difficulties and introduced a new type of biogas-fired boiler, which not only has sufficient output and high thermal efficiency, but also saves a large amount of fuel costs for enterprises and more effectively promotes the development of circular economy. Many users say that the working principle of biogas burning boiler is not very clear. Here is a detailed analysis for everyone.

The working principle of ZOZEN WNS series biogas combustion boiler is that after the fuel is atomized by the burner, the formed torch fills the full-wave furnace liner, and the radiant heat is transferred through the wall of the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges in the combustion chamber and turns into the threaded flue tube bundle area. After convection heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases and then turns into the smooth tube bundle area, then enters the condensing economizer and chimney through the rear flue box, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere.

WNS series biogas combustion boiler is designed by ZOZEN boiler according to advanced technology and experience at home and abroad. It is a shell-type three-return wet-back boiler with reasonable structure and complete system. It has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, energy saving, high degree of automation, etc. It can help users achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase. And this series of boilers are self-assembled, with small floor space, flexible and convenient installation and low cost.

The working principle of ZOZEN SZS series biogas combustion boiler is that the flue gas produced by furnace combustion enters the burning chamber and convection tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the rear of the furnace, then turns from the front of the left side of the boiler into the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally enters the flue and enters the chimney to be discharged to the atmosphere. Micro-positive pressure combustion is adopted in the boiler, which eliminates the problem of smoke string and ensures that the operating environment of the boiler room is pollution-free. In addition, ZOZEN Boiler also ensures that the emission of nitrogen oxides is lower than 30mg/Nm³ through advanced ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, which not only meets the local flue gas emission standards, but also meets the requirements of green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

As a professional manufacturer of biogas boilers, ZOZEN Boiler has conducted in-depth research and analysis on the working principle of biogas burning boilers. The produced biogas burning boilers are mainly divided into several series, such as single biogas burning, dual-use biogas and coal, dual-use biogas and oil, dual-use biogas and natural gas boilers, etc. They can be used for sewage treatment and biogas utilization in farms, slaughterhouses, wineries, paper mills, beverage factories and starch factories.

The technical team of ZOZEN Boiler has scientifically adjusted the biogas boiler system, and through a series of measures such as setting reasonable exhaust temperature, the generation of acidic substances is reduced. At the same time, the boiler material is ND steel with strong corrosion resistance, which effectively prolongs the service life of the boiler while ensuring the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and greatly reduces the cost of the biogas boiler. In addition, ZOZEN boiler and burner manufacturers have jointly developed a special burner for biogas, which can not only meet the demand of simultaneous use of natural gas and self-produced biogas, but also be used separately from a single gas source, so as to ensure the stable operation of steam boilers and provide practical solutions for the sustainable development of enterprises.
