What is the working principle of gas phase heat transfer fluids boiler?
The heat transfer fluids boiler, also known as thermal oil boiler, refers to a new type of heat energy conversion equipment whose heat transfer medium is high temperature heat transfer oil (also known as heat medium and heat carrier), which has the working characteristics of low pressure and high temperature. According to different boiling ranges, heat transfer fluids boilers can be divided into liquid phase and gas phase. Domestic gas phase heat transfer fluids boilers are seldom used, and users are generally unfamiliar with them. ZOZEN Boiler will introduce the working principle of gas phase heat transfer fluids boiler and its difference from liquid phase.
The synthetic heat transfer fluids boiler with boiling point or azeotropic point can be used in gas phase, which is called gas phase organic heat carrier. The boiler using gas-phase organic heat carrier as medium is gas-phase organic heat carrier boiler. The working principle of gas-phase heat transfer fluids boiler is that the organic heat carrier gas generated by heating is transported to the heating body to release heat energy, and the heating body is used to achieve uniform heating. The condensed heat transfer fluids flow back to the heating furnace by the level difference or through the intermediate tank.
The heat transfer fluids vaporize to form pressure, so the gas-phase furnace is under pressure, while the pressure in the liquid-phase furnace and system is formed by the pressure head of the circulating pump, and the liquid-phase furnace itself is not under pressure.
