Recently, Andre Group has built a new 30-ton concentrated juice production line in Dalian factory. For this new project, Andre Group bought another ZOZEN steam boiler. The project was built in March 2022, with the main purpose of increasing the company's production capacity. ZOZEN Boiler provided a set of chain grate steam boiler.

The steam boiler adopts the dual-drum structure, it is a horizontal chain grate water tube boiler. The boiler system is equipped with advanced and reasonable energy-saving economizer, which improves the overall thermal efficiency of the steam boiler.

Convert coal boiler to gas boiler in Andre Shanxi factory

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection, Andre decided to dismantle the original coal-fired boiler in the Shanxi factory and purchased a set of gas-fired steam boiler. According to the requirements of the project, the rated steam temperature of the boiler reaches 204℃ and the designed thermal efficiency reaches 98.8%. The advanced low-nitrogen burner is used in the boiler system to ensure that the emission of nitrogen oxides is less than 30mg/Nm³.

By 2022, Andre Group has successively purchased 9 sets of boilers from ZOZEN, and both sides have formed an in-depth cooperative relationship.
