Jindal Group is a world-renowned manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and fittings. With the expansion of its sales network, Jindal is preparing to build a ductile iron pipe production plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Boiler, as the thermal energy equipment of the factory, is an indispensable part in the construction of the factory area. The person in charge of Jindal immediately contacted ZOZEN. Considering that the United Arab Emirates is rich in natural gas resources, ZOZEN recommended  its energy-saving and environmentally friendly WNS series gas boilers for Jindal.

3 ton capacity boiler, ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired (oil-fired) boilers are wetback fire-tube boilers with a two-pass or three-pass design. It uses threaded smoke tube for heat transfer and manages to achieve a thermal efficiency up to 98%. The economizer is installed at the tail of boiler, giving the boiler a compact size. Meanwhile, sound automatic control system enables unattended operation.

The steam boiler supplies adequate steam support for multiple production processes including drying, profiling and vulcanizing of the rubber industry. Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of tires, it built a new production base in Thailand in January 2019. After various comparisons and investigations, General Science ordered SZL series biomass steam boiler from ZOZEN, which has the advantages of compact structure, safety and efficiency, and sufficient output. 

Designed to wrap the whole furnace body for heat preservation. There are no heat transfer supports between the furnace body and the outside surface. The appearance is mirror polished stainless steel with a protective coating. After the boiler is installed, remove the coating and show the mirror polished stainless steel appearance. Advantages: a good-looking appearance, low temperature of surface, low heat dissipation, 3 ton capacity boiler.

In terms of pre-welding treatment, ZOZEN can be said to keep improving. The three processes of grinding and rust removal, edge milling, and vertical chamfering eliminate a large number of blowholes in the weld and ensure welding quality.
