ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire-tube chain grate boilers. Threaded smoke tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace radiation heating surface, 20t hr coal fired steam boiler.

The longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of ZOZEN adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential seams are subjected to 100% radiographic inspection.
