Pom Packaging company fully affirmed ZOZEN's expertise in biomass boilers after in-depth technical exchanges, and then ordered multiple sets of 15tph SZL series biomass steam boilers.

By technological innovation, ZOZEN has designed a new generation biomass-fired boiler, and is suitable for all kinds of biomass materials (such as: rice husk, wood bits, palm shell, cotton straw etc.) to have burning experiment, the result will be the basis of design. ZOZEN customized the SZL series coal-fired chain grate steam boiler system for Xindadong Textiles (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on the basis of the local conditions of Vietnam and the actual needs of users. ZOZEN SZS series boiler body is designed with D-type chamber combustion structure. The furnace is on right side and the convection heating surface is on left side. The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body.
