ZOZEN SZS series boiler is "D" type chamber structure. Furnace is on the right side and convection tube bundle is on the left. The boiler body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler to expand horizontally to sideways. The water-cooled membrane wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals the furnace from the convection tube bundle.

The membrane type structure is adopted for the circumference of the furnace body, the wall between the furnace and the convection zone, the front and rear walls of boilers body. The furnace pressure is designed to be greater than 6000Pa.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices. The heat loss is reduced through the recovery and utilization of high temperature flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil heater is increased to more than 95%, which is better than the overall industry level, 1000kg heavy oil boilers.
