The condensate water draining performance plays an essential role in the normal operation of gas-fired boiler to prevent the emission of steam when condensate water, air and carbon dioxide are discharged. Intended to realize a better effect of water draining and steam holding, ZOZEN Boiler’s technical team improved the original boiler structure for excellent condensate water draining performance to reduce energy consumption and cut down production cost for the enterprise.

ZOZEN SHL series boiler is the bulk industrial boiler with dual boiler cylinders and transverse arranged, as well as the natural cycling coal combustion water pipe boiler. The transverse upper and lower boiler cylinders and water cooling walls together form the silo type furnace, together with convection pipe bundle and collection chest to form the boiler body frame, 10 ton of natural gas consumption per hour.

ZOZEN’s SZL series chain grate boiler has an independent water circulation system to ensure the safety and reliability of boiler’s water circulation. ZOZEN also designs independent water circulation systems in structure. The water circulation structure is simple and the division of water supply work is clear, which ensures that the cross-sectional area ratio of downcomer to riser is larger than 0.4 in order to ensure the safety of boiler’s water circulation under the premise that the water quality meets the GB standards.

ZOZEN thermal oil heater is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices. The heat loss is reduced through the recovery and utilization of high temperature flue gas waste heat, and the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil heater is increased to more than 95%, which is better than the overall industry level, 10 ton of natural gas consumption per hour.

ZOZEN’s YLW series thermal oil heater is developed based on chain grate. It can provide high-temperature heat source at various temperatures below 350℃, suitable for various production processes such as dyeing, drying, slashing and printing which require high-temperature and low-pressure heating supply. The YLW series boiler also can realize the precise temperature control via advanced oil temperature and pressure control system to greatly improve the heat energy utilization rate. Recently, Kay & Emms has decided to upgrade the production equipment and signed a cooperative agreement with ZOZEN on the YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heater project.
