Afghan customer and ZOZEN reached friendly cooperation on steam boiler project

ZOZEN DHL series coal-fired water tube hot water boiler is popularized and applied in Liaoning Province, and is also an ideal heating equipment for central heating.

The base of ZOZEN DZL series coal-fired steam boiler adopts separate air chambers to keep the fuel on the grate in a good combustion state. The air dampers further ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel and improve the fuel utilization. In addition, through advanced electrical control, it can realize the stepless speed regulation of the grate, as well as limit parameters alarm and interlock protection function to ensure the safe operation of the entire boiler system.

ZOZEN thermal oil heaters have the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature. They adopt the special manufacturing technology and are equipped with tailor-made flue gas waste heat recovery systems, so they are energy-efficient with higher thermal efficiency than similar products on the market. The cold working, also known as “iron tailor”, is a kind of comprehensive technology to process metal sheet material, tubular product and proximate matter into various kinds of products without changing the cross section characteristics, which includes straightening, laying off, blanking, cutting, bending, stamping, assembling, riveting, welding, etc. At ZOZEN’s production lines, the number of cold working workers is the largest except that of welding workers.

Thai Development Industrial Paper Co. , Ltd. is one of large paper mill in Thailand. With the expansion of business and scale, the paper mill had to introduce extra sets of coal-fired steam boilers. ZOZEN supplied 15tph SZL series chain grate steam boilers for the company. This series of steam boiler features wide wide coal applicability and higher combustion efficiency.
