ZOZEN 70MW Gas-Fired Hot Water Boilers in Heating Industry

On December 14^th, a central heating company in Xianyang put ZOZEN gas-fired hot water boilers into use, to guarantee the clean heating supply for surrounding residents.

To enlarge the clean heating area in the local area, the user adds three gas-fired boilers, and the heating area has been expanded from 1 million square meters to about 7 million square meters.

ZOZEN provides 3 sets of 70MW gas-fired hot water boilers for the project. The boiler type is SZS series automatic water tube boiler, which can realize low NOx emission.

The burning flame instantly fills the hearth, the temperature of the boiler water rises steadily. The successful ignition of the boiler for the first time represents the successful completion of the clean energy transformation of the heating company.

The capacity of 70MW is large, using bulk delivery is easy for transportation and hoisting. The automatic elbow production line independently designed by ZOZEN streamlines this work, and produces the elbow size and angle standard.

After the boiler parts enter the site, ZOZEN Boiler actively communicates with the installation company to complete the technical disclosure. During the installation, ZOZEN’s technicians are on standby to guide the installation and debugging in time until the delivery is completed.
