In late July, ZOZEN Boiler launched a three-day job training program for new graduates, which was held by the vice general manager and boiler designer, Zhu Qiuping. As a senior boiler engineer, vice general manager Zhu has more than 30 years of experience in boiler design, especially in designing large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler and gas-fired boiler. He is now the head in charge of ZOZEN Boiler's R&D and design department and is one of the representative persons of ZOZEN Boiler's "soft power".

Vice general manager Zhu not only specifically introduced the basic knowledge of boiler design such as the principle of boiler combustion and heat transfer of furnace, but also shared a lot of practical experience of boiler design and interesting stories when studying abroad. He could teach through lively activities and combine theory with practice to show the professional skills and literacy that an excellent boiler designer should have for the new employees.

New employees actively participated in the discussion and asked questions while vice general manager Zhu patiently answered their questions.
