This project takes the lead in adopting biomass boiler for central heating, using wood scraps and sawdust briquettes as fuel, which can save 18,316 tons of standard coal per year and effectively reduce environmental pollution.

Before the start-up ceremony, ZOZEN technicians instructed users to oil and maintain the boiler main engine and auxiliary machines, and completed the cold commissioning to ensure that the start-up ceremony was foolproof.

The central heating of ZOZEN biomass boiler is stable and efficient

The project adopts ZOZEN SZL series biomass steam boiler. The boiler has a large combustion chamber with sufficient output. The combustion equipment of the boiler is a chain grate with double brackets, which is equipped with a plurality of independent air bins, so it is not easy to run off and get stuck, and the air distribution can be reasonably adjusted to make the fuel burn fully.

ZOZEN biomass boiler has also applied an all-round intelligent control system in line with the development of technology. According to the set procedure, the boiler can automatically complete the work of feeding, replenishing water and adjusting load, which greatly improves the automation level of central heating.
