ZOZEN Boiler Contracts to Build Central Heating Project for Ten Billion Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industrial Park

Central heating has been widely applied in the industrial parks for the advantages of low energy consumption and low pollution. With the applications of ZOZEN gas-fired boilers, Hebei Anguo Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, China Agricultural University Zhuozhou Science and Technology Park, Beijing Tongzhou Economic Development Zone have realized natural gas central heating. Recently, ZOZEN has completed the reconstruction of a high-efficiency gas-fired centralized heating project for Grand Fuchi Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industrial Park.

Founded in 1958, Hubei Grand Fuchi Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating precision chemical, agrochemical, and chemical pharmaceuticals. In 2011, Grand Fuchi built a bio-pharmaceutical industry park covering an area of 1,000,000 square meters.

In order to meet the normal maintenance needs of boilers and the growing demand for steam in the industrial park, Grand Fuchi decided to build a new natural gas-fired boiler system, equipment and facilities pine network without increasing the total amount of air pollutants discharged, coordinated with the existing 35 tons coal-fired boiler jointly to meet the heating demand of the industrial park.

Through the fierce bidding competition, ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler system solution stood out and successfully reached friendly cooperative relations with Grand Fuchi by virtue of its superior quality and high-cost performance.

Central heating in industrial parks is beneficial to standardizing centralized heating management, improving energy efficiency, reducing air pollutant emissions. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired boiler adopts the advanced D-type structure, large volume combustion chamber for achieving full combustion. With the imported low NOx burner, NOx emissions of ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired boilers can be as low as 30mg . In addition, the tail of the boiler is equipped with condensing devices to effectively recover the waste heat of the flue gas to improve the boiler thermal efficiency over 98%.

Except for energy conservation and environmental protection, the reliability of boilers for central heating in the park is also very important. ZOZEN boiler adopts full automatic steam boiler controller, which contains gas leakage interlock, overpressure double protection interlock, power failure protection interlocks, and other protection devices, to monitor the boiler in real time, ensuring the safety, stability and high efficiency of the heating system.
