Jiangyin Huachang Food Additive Co., Ltd., founded in 2007, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed company Zhejiang Jiaao Enprotech Stock Co., Ltd.. Its main product is taurine, a kind of nonprotein amino acid with refreshing function, which can be added to food such as milk, milk powder, fodder, composite monosodium glutamate, bean products, etc.

At present, China is the world’s largest producer and exporter of taurine. Jiangyin Huachang Food Additive Co., Ltd., as one of the four largest taurine manufacturers in China, has formed a 10,000-tons production scale of taurine products. This time, for environmental reasons, the company decided to promote the “coal to gas” project by introducing a highly efficient, eco-friendly and steady gas-fired boiler system to ensure the stable heat supply for production line.

Wuxi ZOZEN Boiler designed the YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater and WNS series gas-fired steam boiler solution for Jiangyin Huachang to meet its demands of stable heat supply for food additives’ production line. Advanced combustion device could realize the low NOx emission of the whole boiler system; meanwhile, the boilers were equipped with automatic control equipment to ensure the stable and efficient operation of heat supply system for the production line.

It is also worth mentioning that YQW series gas-fired thermal oil boiler adopted three-pass round coil tube structure with sufficient heating surface, so the thermal efficiency could reach above 95% with the economizer at the end of boiler; via intelligent operation control and safety monitoring device, it could also realize accurate temperature control by controlling the temperature difference of thermal oil medium within plus or minus 0.2℃ to ensure the high quality of food additives.
