China is a large agricultural country, producing hundreds of millions of tons of straw every year. How to realize its comprehensive utilization and avoid burning has long been a difficult problem. Stubble burning will not only causes haze weather, but also produces harmful substances, endangering life and health. In response to the ban on stubble burning, the state has issued many governance policies.
However, compared with the traditional coal-fired boiler, the biomass boiler is much easier to produce dusts and corrode, which restrains the development of biomass straw boiler.
Through scientific experimental study of fuel combustion, ZOZEN Boiler solves the common problems of the biomass boiler, such as the burnt collapsed furnace arch, the burn out furnace door, the hopper is easy on fire and the coking stock stop and so on.

ZOZEN Boiler support to realize the comprehensive utilization of biomass straw
To achieve the comprehensive utilization of biomass straw, a demonstration project with annual consumption of 240 thousand tons of straw was established in Hebei Province, in China. This project can generate 20 thousand tons of furfural, 80 thousand tons of cellulose and 100 thousand tons of biomass liquid sugar through the effective utilization of biomass energy, such as the cornstalk. As the important energy device, a set of biomass boiler was ordered for this project.

To meet the demand of the project, ZOZEN Boiler promoted the SZL series biomass-fired boiler. According to the characteristic of the straw, ZOZEN Boiler optimizes the key parts of the boiler, such as the furnace arch, furnace wall and heating surface, to ensure the sufficient combustion. The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach 88% and above, which is generally superior to the boiler of the same type in the market.
At the same time, ZOZEN biomass boiler adopts advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology, reasonably arranges primary and secondary air volume, and effectively reduces the initial NOx emission concentration. Then, the generated flue gas will pass through the gas treatment unit set at the end of the boiler, to finally meet the strict environmental protection policy.
