The palm oil is a major variety of vegetable oil in terms of its production and consumption in the world and is also a kind of important raw material in the food, cosmetics and other industries. After knowing the customer demands, ZOZEN technicians recommended the newly upgraded DZW series biomass-fired boiler which is a kind of tri-drum water tube boiler. It upgrades the original double-drum structure and has the characteristics of less ash accumulation, high efficiency and good environmental protection performance. There is no need to stop the boiler for dust removal, which can make the boiler operate normally for a long time. Meanwhile, considering the combustion characteristics of palm fiber, ZOZEN technicians also optimize the feeding hopper, furnace arch, air distribution of the boiler to well control the coking problem caused by the fuel combustion.

ZOZEN DZW series biomass-fired boiler also adopts the inclined reciprocating grate with wider fuel adaptability. During the boiler combustion, the fuel and grate are in relative motion. The fuel is constantly squeezed during the tumbling process to destroy the coke lumps and ash shells, which can make the combustion more sufficient and meet the customer demands of using the palm fiber as fuel.
