The accumulation of condensate water generated by steam’s temperature change in the gas-fired boiler greatly affects the efficiency of heat transfer process and causes the corrosion of flue gas duct due to its acid characteristic. What’s more, once flowing into the boiler proper, it can also shorten boiler’s service life and cause other safety problems, so the condensate water should be drained in time.

The condensate water draining performance plays an essential role in the normal operation of gas-fired boiler to prevent the emission of steam when condensate water, air and carbon dioxide are discharged. ZOZEN recommended WNS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler to Jiren Pharmaceutical according to the actual demands. To solve the problem of condensate water, ZOZEN  developed the recovery and sealing devices of condensate water and added devices such as condenser and economizer at the end of flue gas duct to lower the flue gas temperature to 60℃ and take full advantage of the sensible and latent heat of condensate water, which could not only solve the draining problem, but also improve the thermal efficiency to 98% and above.
