ZOZEN provides professional technical guidance to ensure the smooth progress of the boiler project in Uzbekistan

In the first half of this year, ZOZEN successfully established a cooperative relationship with AOAO《NAVOIYAZOT》, a large Uzbekistan chemical company, on the gas-fired boiler project.

Since the signning of the project contract, three sets of SZS series gas-fired steam boilers have been delivered in batches within the agreed time through the large-scale, professional, and automated production and manufacturing processes o and various quality inspection procedures of ZOZEN. Meanwhile, ZOZEN professional technicians had arrived at the project site at the first time to provide technical guidance for the boiler installation.

At the end of October, ZOZEN 25tph SZS series package gas-fired boiler had been successfully delivered to Navoi, a developing industrial city in central Uzbekistan. After the boiler arrived on site, it only needed to install pipes and other auxiliaries to test run, which greatly reduced the boiler installation cost.

The other two sets of 90tph SZS series boilers set high demands on the field assembly level of the construction team. According to the contents of the cooperation agreement between the two parties, ZOZEN dispatched experienced technicians to assist the local construction team to make adequate technical and material preparations, provide reasonable construction measures and plans based on the difficulties and priorities in the construction drawings, and perform the field tests on the welding techniques of the local constrntion team, etc.

In late November, the first significant snowfall of 2019 came to Navoiy, but the sudden heavy snow did not affect the installation of the boiler. In the snowflakes, both the ZOZEN technical staff and the local construction team were still working methodically and responsibly, put the priority on ensuring the quality of boiler installation.

Currently, the assembly work of the two boiler bodies has been basically completed, and it is about to enter the phase of furnace wall building. The whole boiler system is expected to be put into use as scheduled in May next year.
