They conducted an in-depth technical discussion, proposed solutions and determined the final installation scheme according to the difficult and important points.

At the same time, ZOZEN technicians established deep friendship with local staffs after cooperation for three months. They were not only good partners in work, but also good friends in life.

It is understood that the overseas assignment for after service is a hard work and the project takes a long time. The technicians need to have both high technical level and good physical quality. Owing to the differences of living habits and eating habits, ZOZEN technicians need to overcome the discomfort caused by non-acclimatization. In addition, language barrier is a big problem at abroad. Although there is a translator on site, there are some boiler industry terms that the translator can't make sure.

At present, the assembly of steam boiler body of Bangladesh project has been completed, the furnace building work is getting to the end, and the air and flue gas system has been half completed. In order to to help the worker master the boiler operation skills quickly, ZOZEN will provide face-to-face guidance for the enterprise from the boiler working principle, operating procedures to daily maintenance.

The installation work was proceeded normally during three months. There were also some difficulties during the installation period, but all of the difficulties have been solved by ZOZEN technicians. Due to the differences of international standards, the carbon content and impurities of raw steel were different. In addition, the local welding materials in Bangladesh didn’t match the original welding materials, and it was difficult to purchase the suitable material. Engineer Gong, the person in charge of the project, looked for the suitable material in various ways. Following the standard of "Replacing low quality materials with high quality materials", he chose materials with higher yield strength and tensile strength to replace them, ensured the construction progress of the project and completed the task with high quality. He was highly praised by the partners.
