Single longitudinal drum boiler is divided into two types: light-weight wall-mounted boilers and heavy-duty wall-mounted bulk boilers, all of which are composed of upper longitudinal drum, water-cooled wall tubes, convection tube bundles and left and right headers.

 

Structural features: the longitudinal drum boiler is longitudinally arranged in the center of the upper part of the furnace, and two sets of convection tube bundles and water wall tubes are arranged on both sides of the furnace respectively, which are symmetrical left and right, similar to the A-shape. The high-temperature flue gas enters the left convection flue from the left smoke outlet at the back of the furnace, passes through the transverse flue at the front end of the drum from back to front, bends into the right convection flue, and then flows to the economizer from front to back, and is discharged through the induced draft fan and chimney.
