In 2016, the customer company invested in the construction of an annual output of 5,000 tons of electronic-grade high-activity copper oxide. The main raw and auxiliary materials are electrolytic copper, carbon dioxide and food-grade ammonium bicarbonate. The main processes include dissolution, pressure filtration, dehydration, static drying and so on. The company purchased steam boilers to provide necessary heat sources for the production process.
The SZS series is double drum water tube boiler, with the large furnace design, it can ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel.
