Research Center for Clean Energy and Power, Jiangsu and CAS is a provincial scientific research institution approved by the Office of Organization Establishment Commission of Jiangsu Province. It is responsible for the part construction of high-efficiency and low-carbon gas-fired steam turbine testing apparatus assigned to Jiangsu Province, which is a national key scientific infrastructure project whose impersonal entity is Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, CAS.
