BMW Brilliance 17.5MW high-efficiency energy-saving WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler project

Tiexi plant of BBA plans to realize digital and sustainable development. At the same time, considering that some process links of automobile manufacturing require sufficient heat source and constant temperature environment, Tiexi plant of BBA decided to purchase high-efficiency and energy-saving gas-fired hot water boilers through public bidding. With the advantages of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly, ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler won the bid for the boiler procurement and installation of the project.

According to the actual heating demand of Tiexi plant, ZOZEN Boiler customized 5 sets of WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers, which have excellent energy-saving and environmental protection performance. ZOZEN WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler adopts the advanced low-NOx combustion technology, which can effectively reduce the NOx content in the exhaust gas of the boiler (less than 30mg/Nm³). Meanwhile, the large-diameter corrugated furnace of this series of boiler not only increases the heating area but also ensures the full combustion of fuel, which improves the thermal efficiency over 98%.
