23.3 MW YQL thermal oil heater for chemical industry

Hebei Runxin Jinhua Xinnengyuan Co., Ltd. invested 320 million RMB in 2015 to build a 100,000-ton/year crude benzene hydrotreating project in two phases; in 2016, it invested 120 million RMB in equipment and manufacturing in District A of Fengfeng Mining Area.  In the early stage of the project, the technical personnel of ZOZEN boiler went to the customer site on the spot to help the customer analyze the equipment occupation area and site space planning. What’s more, the need of steam in the process must be high-temperature and stable. In the end, ZOZEN boiler customized a thermal fluid heater with a rated thermal power of 23.3 MW to the project for the customer. The boiler adopts ejected forced circulation system, with a complete control system and safety monitoring device that can accurately control the working temperature and safeguard operation.
