What are the operating costs of 1 ton oil-fired boiler?

1. Fuel cost
The rated steam output of a ton oil-fired boiler is 1 ton per hour. Considering the different factors of fuel oil quality in different regions, the oil consumption is about 60kg. 4. Labor cost
The oil boiler is fully automatic boiler guard, which only requires workers to patrol back and forth. According to two shifts, if an inspector works 12 hours a day and earns 3,000 yuan a month, the labor cost of one hour is: 3000x2 person-times ÷30 days ÷24 hours =8.33 yuan/hour.

5. Maintenance cost
The boiler runs stably, the failure rate is very low, and the maintenance cost is relatively low. The annual maintenance cost of a one-ton oil-fired boiler is about 1200 yuan. According to 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, the maintenance cost for one hour is: 1200 yuan ÷365 days ÷ 24 hours = 0.14 yuan/hour.
