Changchun Huatao Automotive Plastics Trim Co., Ltd. is an automotive plastic parts manufacturing company of the automotive accessory industry. It is a Class A supplier of FAW-Volkswagen. Steam boilers provide important heat source for 5 foaming machines, the manual and automatic heat exchange insulation systems of painting lines and heating supply systems of the company.

Changchun Huatao made an active response to the Coal-to-Gas policy. On October 10th, 2018, the company completed the relocation of its new plant, and the newly purchased WNS series gas-fired steam boilers were also put in use. As of December 2019, ZOZEN gas-fired boilers had been in stable and high-efficient operation for 15 months, with an average natural gas consumption of 275 m³ per hour. If the gas consumption is calculated as the average gas consumption of 70 m³, the capacity is equivalent to a set of 4 t/h boiler. Compared with the previous 10 t/h coal-fired steam boiler which required 6-7 tons of steam at full capacity, the natural gas consumption of the WNS series gas-fired boiler is only 66% of the coal consumption, which reduced operation costs and realized the energy-saving goal of Changchun Huatao.
