At the beginning of 2018, Australian Discover China inspected more than 20 boiler enterprises in China and finally signed an order contract with ZOZEN. Discover China ordered one set of 20tph gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN, csd boiler.

ZOZEN YLW series thermal oil heater is of square coil tube vertical type chain grate, it consists of two separate parts - chain grate stoker and heater body. After erection on site, it only needs to connect to thermal oil piping and electricity to start operation. The heater adopts chain grate to perform mechanical fuel feeding, equipped with FD fan and ID fan for air ventilation, and also equipped with slay discharger to remove the bottom slag.

In the rubber industry, steam boilers are widely used in the processes of rubber calendering, vulcanizing and drying. PT.Industri Karet Deli is a large rubber enterprise in Indonesia, it planned to upgrade production equipment to improve their core competence. The company contacted ZOZEN and signed the purchase contract of SZL 20 tph SZL series coal-fired boiler. This series of water tube boilers adopts unique grate bars and appropriate air registers to ensure the stable running of boilers and improve the thermal efficiency.

The furnace of ZOZEN SZL series coal fired boilers adopts a close-packed a close-packed arrangement of water wall tubes. The application of close-packed water wall in furnace design changes the traditional structural form of the original industrial boiler furnace water-wall, effectively preventing high-temperature flue gas from scouring and radiating the furnace. Furnace radiation area is large, maintenance workload is small, overall weight is light.
