150psi steam boilers, ZOZEN launches the eco-friendly WNS series three-pass condensing oil-fired boilers

ZOZEN’s circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature coal cleaning technology with high efficiency and low pollution. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively reduces the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx, only about 100mg/Nm3) and realizes direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This kind of boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle, 150psi steam boilers.

The process of dyeing, drying, pressing, sizing, printing and dyeing, shaping and other processes in the textile industry are supported by the steam generated from industrial boilers.
