ZOZEN Boiler Supports Lithium-ion Battery Company to Realize the Expansion of Production Capacity

In recent years, as the continuous development of electronic technology, the lithium-ion battery industry keeps growing. Lithium-ion battery enterprises need to constantly update their production technology and expand their production scale, so as to maintain their sustainable competitiveness. ZOZEN Boiler and Amperex Technology Co., Limited made a cooperation on the thermal oil heater, to supply the heat energy for the enterprise, which accelerate the pace of building a new energy industry cluster on a scale hitting 100 billion yuan (US$14.1 billion) of lithium battery.

Amperex Technology Co., Limited (ATL) is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries, with businesses covering R&D, manufacturing and sales in battery systems for new energy vehicles and energy storage systems.

With the increasing sales volume, the scale of production in ATL is also expanding. In 2018, ATL invested 320 million dollars to build a digital industrial park. This project mainly builds 8 production lines of lithium-ion battery, with an annual new capacity of 0.7GWH and an estimated new output value of about 277 million dollars.

Industrial boiler is an important energy device on the production line, which is used to provide the required heat energy for coating, drying and other processes. According to the actual demand of ATL, ZOZEN Boiler customized the YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater. The boiler can supply heat energy at low pressure with high temperature, and the temperature can be controlled accurately, which ensures the stable and efficient operation.

To meet the stricter environmental protection requirements, the boiler adopts clean energy natural gas as fuel, equipping with the advanced ultra-low nitrogen burner, to lower the nitrogen oxide emission below 30mg/Nm³. It is worth mentioning that the thermal oil heater also has good performance in the energy conservation. The muilt-pass coil structure guarantees the sufficient heating surface, coping with the economizer at the end of the boiler, which is used to recover the waste heat from the flue gas, to increase the thermal efficiency up to 95%, reducing the operation cost of the enterprise.

The industrial park is still under construction, it is estimated to be completed at the end of this year. As the boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN Boiler will try the best to coordinate with ATL to provide the after-sale service, such as the boiler debugging and technical guidance.
