The fifth production base built by Changqing Agrochemical Co., Ltd., has a capacity of 13,700 tons of pesticide and 8,500 tons of chemical products in the first phase, 16,500 tons of pesticide and 20,000 tons of chemical products in the second phase, and ZOZEN Boiler provides the heating devices for the production line.

 

In this cooperation, ZOZEN Boiler not only provided a set of gas steam boiler, but also added gas thermal oil heater. ZOZEN gas thermal oil heater can supply heat at low pressure and high temperature by using the characteristic of large heat capacity of medium, and meet the high-temperature heat demand of production line on the premise of safe operation. The waste heat recovery device can improve the heating efficiency to over 95%.

The construction of Yichang base is an important link for Changqing to enrich its product structure and expand its production capacity. At the same time, the boiler room and the pipeline of the whole system are laid according to the original project design scheme. If normal thermal oil heater products are adopted, some pipeline calibers need to be replaced, and the reconstruction cost is high. After on-the-spot investigation and technical exchange, ZOZEN engineers designed a custom-made thermal oil heater with large temperature difference and small flow according to the heat and temperature used in process adjustment. The heat transfer medium is high-temperature heat transfer oil with high procurement cost. Also, it only changes the boiler room pipeline to separate the combined oil supply system, and the other boiler can use low-cost low-temperature oil, which effectively reduces the investment cost of heat transfer oil.

 

With the increase of boiler capacity, the occupied area exceeds the established boiler room planning. ZOZEN engineers rationally designed the system layout, and reduced the occupied area by designing the horizontal oil storage tank to be vertical. In addition, the engineers also advise users to upgrade all pipeline and valve fastener flanges to concave-convex structure. The purpose is to ensure that the connecting parts do not leak and the boiler system is safer and more reliable.
