In a return visit, ZOZEN learned about that Jiangyin Huachang encountered difficulties when washing the water gauge and then sent the after-sales engineer to give the second training service for Jiangyin Huachang.

On June 22, ZOZEN Boiler's after-sales engineers drove to Jiangyin Huachang. After arriving at the boiler house, the after-sales engineer quickly grasped the basic conditions of boiler and demonstrated the whole process of washing the water gauge. Washing the water gauge is mainly to control the high-temperature and high-pressure steam and hot water in high-speed flow via turning on and turning off the air cock, water cock and drain cock to wash the steam communicating tubes, water communicating tubes and glass pane of water gauge for removing the impurities. The whole procedure is not very long but requires the operator to take protective actions when slowly turning on and turning off the cocks in order to avoid being scalded.

In addition, ZOZEN's after-sales engineers also completely checked the whole steam boiler and thermal oil heater system with an emphasis on checking the conditions of safety valve, pressure gauge and burner.
