The heat supply station plays an important role in local area, it provides the heating for over 75% of local residents in winter. Therefore, the station puts forward strict requirements on the heating boiler.
It is an important strategic deployment put forward by the central government to promote clean heating in winter in northern China. Recently, a clean energy central heating project with a total investment of 20 million dollars has been built in Hebei province, China. The project rectifies the old equipment and plans to use 2 sets of gas-fired hot water boilers to provide central heating for local residents. The requirements of the boilers are as follows:
Since the beginning of 2020, with the support of county government, Luanchuan County Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. has continuously improved the heating equipment and service quality to promote the central heating business in Luanchuan County. In September of 2020, the company organized the public bidding for the second phase of the central heating boiler room project in Luanchuan County. The company planned to introduce a set of energy-efficient gas-fired hot water boiler and clearly required that the NOx emission concentration of the hot water boiler should be less than 30mg/Nm3. This time, due to the high thermal power and good environmental protection performance of the SZS series gas-fired hot water boiler, ZOZEN Boiler successfully won the bid.
In order to promote the Blue Sky Protection Campaign, Xing County in Shanxi Province has actively implemented the heating project with a focus on promoting the coal-to-gas heating protect in the rural areas of Xing County. In order to meet the strict environmental protection requirements of Beijing city, ZOZEN designed WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers that used clean energy natural gas as fuel and adopted the advanced low NOx burner to ensure that NOx emission was lower than 50% and the flue gas was exhausted into the atmosphere via 15-meter chimney.

The SZS series gas-fired package boiler purchased by public bidding performed well both in environmental protection and thermal efficiency. Adopting D-type arrangement and water tube structure, the boiler is equipped with a big combustion chamber for the full combustion of fuel.
