2.8MW WNS series hot water boiler Coal-to-Gas project for Tulufanbei Railway Station

In November 2014, Tulufanbei Railway Station was put into operation with the official running of the Wuha section of Lanzhou-Wulumuqi High-speed Railway, which became a beautiful business card of Tulufan and promoted the development of the economy and society of Tulufan. Tulufanbei Railway Station covers an area of 10,000 square meters. With a height of 20 meters, the station can accommodate 3,000 people at the same time. As a piece of heat source equipment, the hot water boiler plays an important role to ensure the comfortable waiting environment.

In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the Coal-to-Gas policy, Tulufanbei Railway Station decided to introduce two sets of 2.8MW gas-fired hot water boilers, dismantle the existing coal-fired boilers, supporting facilities, draft fans and dust collectors and keep the existing water treatment equipment, circulation pump and feedwater pump in use. After having an in-depth understanding of the requirements of the customer, ZOZEN customized a high-efficient gas-fired boiler solution for Tulufanbei Railway Station.

The WNS series hot water boiler recommended in the solution has outstanding advantages. With an automatic control system, the boiler can automatically realize operations such as start-stop, load adjustment, and water supply as the system required. Meanwhile, the large-diameter corrugated furnace of this series of boiler not only increases the heating area but also ensures the full combustion of fuel. In addition, equipped with an advanced low NOx burner, the boiler can realize ultra-low emissions of NOx easily and pass the environmental protection acceptance.
