Building Materials Industry 6-ton Biomass-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer is a building materials company, it purchased a set of ZOZEN SZL series biomass steam boiler for the new project.

II. Solutions:

The whole project has realized the comprehensive development and utilization of industrial wastes, and produced building boards through the automated production line. As an important heat source device in the production line, the boiler also needs to adapt to the automation system of the whole production line.

ZOZEN SZL series biomass boiler adopts full-automatic intelligent control system. The boiler automatically controls fuel feed, ash discharge and slag discharge, with a high degree of operation automation. Accurate control improves the safety of the boiler.

Structurally, the furnace of ZOZEN SZL series boiler adopts the closely arranged water wall tube structure, which has a large radiant heating surface and better air tightness, and the measured overall thermal efficiency of the boiler is over 88%.
