Lithium Battery Industry 20-ton Low NOx Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

In order to ensure the normal production of the plant area, the customer ordered a set of 20-ton gas steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler as a standby boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts double-drum D-type arrangement, which has compact structure and small occupied area. The boiler is equipped with advanced low-nitrogen burner to ensure full combustion of fuel and effectively inhibit the generation of NOx. The Nox emission can be as low as 30mg /Nm3 after detection, which meets the strict environmental protection requirements.

Moreover, the combustion chamber of SZS series boiler adopts full membrane water cooling wall, which has good air tightness and effectively reduces heat loss. The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 98%.
