New Material 10-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer company invests in the construction of a new-type laminated thermosetting plastics project with an annual output of 50000 cubic meters, and purchases a number of production and auxiliary equipment for the project. The gas-fired steam boiler of this project is provided by ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

According to the customer's production process, ZOZEN Boiler recommended a set of SZS series gas-fired steam boiler with the capacity of 10 tons/hr. The boiler adopts the double-drum longitudinal chamber combustion D-type structure, and the water-cooling membrane wall ensures the quality of boiler body and the sealing reliability. Before leaving the factory, the boiler will be subjected to hydraulic test to check the strength and tightness of each pressure-bearing part.

In addition, the boiler adopts advanced burner to ensure full combustion of fuel. Also, the boiler is matched with an economizer and a condenser to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and to improve the temperature of the boiler feed water, to achieve the purpose of saving fuel and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
