ZOZEN gas-fired boiler enhances the Competitiveness of Enterprise

After several times of technical exchanges, SZS series condensing gas-fired boiler recommended by ZOZEN has won the favor of the customer. This type of steam boiler adopts the double drum vertical structure, the feed water completes the evaporation in the steam drum. To reduce the water content of the steam, ZOZEN Boiler designs the steam drum with large diameter to expand the steam storage area, also sets the steam separators in the steam drum.

In addition, this series of gas-fired boiler has a good performance on the condensing, also, it saves the operation cost of the boiler. When the boiler is in operation, the clean energy natural gas is burnt through the low-NOx burner, the boiler flue gas will conduct radiation heat transfer through the large-volume membrane wall, and then convection heat release through the convection tube bundle and economizer, and the flue gas temperature will be reduced from about 1500 degrees to about 140 degrees. By adding a flue gas condensation recovery device at the end of the boiler, the flue gas temperature of ZOZEN boiler is reduced to below 60℃, and the latent heat of condensation is fully absorbed, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach above 98%.
