Elementis Specialties Anji Ltd was founded in 2008 and is a foreign-funded enterprise under Elementis Group, a London-listed company. The company mainly produces organobentonite products. The products are mainly used as thickening and anti-settling additives for paints and inks.
In order to meet the increasing demand for heat and steam in the workshop, Elementis purchased a set of WNS series steam boiler system with high quality from ZOZEN Boiler.

According to the customer's requirement, the boiler adopts the combination combustion of biogas and natural gas. ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler is suitable for various kinds of fuels, which includes the natural gas, coke oven gas, biogas, methanol, diesel oil, heavy oil, light oil, etc.
In the production process of permeable pavers, sufficient steam is needed to provide heat source for stirring, pressing, curing and other links. As a new type of pavement material for urban construction, permeable pavers needs to have standard properties such as strength, water permeability, anti-freezing and melting, wear and skid resistance, so the production process of permeable pavers puts forward high requirements for the quality of steam and steam boiler.
The customer company is a professional paper making enterprise. The production process of test liner needs a large amount of steam, before, the customer used a set of biomass-fired boiler to provide heat energy for the production line.In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection, the customer made technical transformation on the biomass boiler to 2 sets of gas-fired steam boilers.
The preparation process of common drug mainly involves disinfection, rough washing, fine washing, drying, cooling, etc. A large amount of industrial steam and pure steam are used to sterilize raw materials, instruments and equipment at high temperature, and heat is supplied during drying, cooling, tableting, granulation and other links.
