Customer would like to upgrade the coal-fired steam boiler in the plant, therefore, they introduced 3 sets of ZOZEN SZS series 29MW gas-fired hot water boilers.
The customer company invested 4 thousand tons of food grade chrysanthemum processing project to meet the increasing market demands. During the process, the fresh chrysanthemum shall be processed through several stages of production, which requires a large amount of steam as the heat source. This time, the customer ordered a set of ZOZEN SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler.
The customer company has built an automatic production line of potato starch protein extraction. The production line extracts protein through deep processing of production wastewater, to solve the problem of wastewater pollution. During the separation process, a large amount of steam is needed to support the process links such as juice removal, dehydration, drying and so on. Therefore, the customer decided to purchase a set of environment-friendly and energy-saving steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler for the production line.
The customer company is a professional paper making enterprise. The production process of test liner needs a large amount of steam, before, the customer used a set of biomass-fired boiler to provide heat energy for the production line.In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection, the customer made technical transformation on the biomass boiler to 2 sets of gas-fired steam boilers.
The customer project is located in Hainan Province with a total investment of 28 million US dollars in the first phase. After the project is completed, the biomass resources of Yangpu and surrounding cities and counties will be fully used to realize the resource utilization of renewable energy, and the heating steam will be provided for the enterprises in and around the development zone to meet the production needs of relevant enterprises. As the gas-fired boiler supplier of this project, ZOZEN boiler provided a set of gas-fired superheated steam condensing boiler with capacity of 50 tph.
