What are the conditions for boiler furnace?

- All boiler pipes have been installed and passed the hydrostatic test.
- The furnace wall masonry and insulation work have all ended and has been qualified.
- The flue gas duct has been installed and insulated, and the induced draft fan has been installed and debugged to be qualified and can be put into operation.
- All the thermal and electrical instruments required for boiler drying have been installed and verified to be qualified.
- Mortar samples have been placed on both sides of the middle part of superheater as required.
- Wood, diesel oil, coal and various tools (including inspection and on-site lighting, etc.) For boiler drying have been prepared.
- All facilities used for boiler furnace are installed, and all other temporary facilities unrelated to furnace are removed, and the site is cleaned up.
- All the stokers have been trained and qualified, and arranged on duty watch, and arrived on time as required.
